We require a document confirming your physical address. The document must show your full name and be within its validity period. Accepted documents and their validity periods are detailed below:

| Cohabitation declaration from another natural person (Deponent), who shares the address with such a person. Identity document and acceptable proof of address of the Deponent must be attached to the cohabitation declaration form. |
